Jace Man!

I just wanted to post some pictures of Jace man over the last month or so, he is getting so cute and so fun. He'll be 6 mon in a few weeks. I know crazy!!

Jace is definitely a morning boy and is always so happy when he wakes up!

I thought he looked so peaceful and cute so I had to take a pic.

He loves his bumbo chair especially because he can see my every move. If he can't see someone in the room then he flips out!

He's getting close to sitting up but still flops over after a few seconds.

Alright so I am guilty of setting him in front of the T.V. to get dinner ready or just stuff done around the house, but he loves it:)

Jace use to love baby food then he threw it up one day and a couple more times so I stopped feeding it to him for like a week and tried it again, and now he hates it. He makes a sour face every bite and gags on it. I'm not sure what to do. I guess I'll just keep trying it until he likes it again, if he ever does.

Halloween!!

We had a great Halloween this year! First we carved pumpkins with the Lambs. It's a tradition to get together with them and see who can carve the best pumpkin! We always have a blast with them! Thanks Christie and Scottie.

Jace hung out in his bumbo and helped us carve. It was cute he kept holding onto Christies pumpkin and wanted to help so bad:)

We went to a halloween party over at the Maughans house. They just moved back so we can now resume our halloween parties! It was a blast. We played fear factor, which was so funny/fun, had a costume contest, did the limbo, and ate a tone of yummy food. It's always a good time and we can't wait for next year!

We had a whole wizard of oz clan... Alissa-the wicked witch of the west, baby Ethan-flying monkey, Adam-tin-man, us Dorothy, scare-crow, and Toto, Austin-the Lion, and Andrea- the good witch. I thought we all looked the part, it was fun!

The whole clan! For the costume contest, Bert and Ernie won(Bionca and Greg) 2nd place was Grease(Mike, Dyami, and baby June) and our group got third place. I thought every ones costumes were great though!! (and yes I did steal this pic off your blog Ang:) thanks!)

This is a pic of baby Ethan and Jace at the party. There costumes were on for about 10 seconds and then into there jammies they went:) They are a day apart in age, so I'm sure they are going to be best buds!! Jace kept staring and grabbing at him:)

Such fun memories!! We are looking froward to next year!!

4 MONTHS!!

Jace is 4 months now and has changed so much since he was born. He has such a fun little personality and makes me smile every time I see him. He is at the stage where he laughs out loud and smiles pretty much every time you smile at him. It's so fun!! We love him to pieces and are so glad he's ours!

Things about Jace at 4 months,

• He sleeps with four blankets(one underneath him,one rapped around him,one by his face, and one over top of him). Oh and don't forget the binky, that is a must.
• He hates tummy time and just grunts and whines till you flip him over.
• He jibber jabbers all the time
• He loves to suck on any ones shoulder when holding him and will soak your shirt in a matter of seconds.
• He has separation anxiety and will cry if you leave the room and then be all smiles as soon as he can see you again.
• Has started eating rice cereal. He kept fussing after I would feed him so it was time to give him something with a little more substance, now he's much happier! He still nurses all of the time too.
• He drewls all of the time, non stop. It kinda drives me crazy but what do ya do?!
• He takes about four 30 min naps throughout the day and then sleeps through the night. I have tried to make him sleep longer, but he is just wide awake after the 30 min so whatever i'm fine with it.
• He has started to pay attention to toys and will grab them and put them in his mouth.
• Whenever he's laying on his back he tries his hardest to sit up, it just looks like he's doing crunches. Pretty soon he's going to have a 6 pack if he keeps it up!:)
• He loves to be outside. If he's ever in a bad mood i'll just take him out side and he will chip right up.
• He loves to be thrown in the air by his dad or do airplane. He gets the biggest grin and laughs so hard, it's so cute!
• He loves to watch TV, especially football with his dad. I was feeding him the other day and Gabe turned on football he stopped eating and turned his head and starting watching the game. He's totally his dads kid!
• He thinks he's a big boy and is costantly wanting to stand.

We went to Chuck-e-cheeses one day with the kiddos. Bentley had a blast but jace was still too young to really know what was going on.

This is a random video of Jace taking a bath. He is a very serious kicker and splashes like crazy! He loves bath time and would stay in there for hours if I would let him. Such a funny boy.

Campin!!

We went camping with my family up at there property over labor day weekend. It was nice to just get away and enjoy the warm weather, while being with family!

The girls and Jace went to Swiss Days while the boys went prerrydog hunting. Somehow only my mom and I ended up in this pic... we had a blast and got a bunch of fun stuff!

The boys did a lot of shooting around at targets and had a blast!

We went to the lake one day to fish but it was too windy so we just chatted and ate some yummy snacks.

We pulled this toy out that we got from one of my showers, and he loved it. It's still a little big but it keeps him entertained.

And this is a toy he has loved lately... and so does mom, cause I can get a lot of stuff done around the house while he entertains him self with it!!
