Girls Night!!

We had a girls night with my work gals. We went to dinner at Red Robin, then hit up the Twilight Breaking dawn movie. The oral surgeon we refer to rented out a theater, so we got to go to the 7:00 showing thurs night. To be honest, I'm not a twilight die hard, and have only seen the first Movie, and now Breaking Dawn:)It was good though, and free! I would like to see the other ones now, and we are going to see the last one together too! We always have way too much fun when we get together!

A Smurftastic Halloween!

We had a great Halloween this year! On Sat we went to our annual Halloween friend party at the Maughans. It was a blast as usual. A lot of people were sick or couldn't make it, so we were short in numbers, but still had a great time. On Sunday we had a little family party over at Gabes parents house. We dressed up, ate a yummy dinner, and then trick or treated around the house, it was really cute! On Halloween, we were going to take Jace around, but he was so done with his costume and was having a blast answering the door and giving out candy, so we just bagged the trick-or-treating this year, i'm sure he'll be more into it next year. Over all it was a successful Halloween!! Oh yeah we went as smurfs this year!

We got those nerdy glasses for Gabe to wear, but Jace was hilarious in them, so he wore them most of the time.

A Fun Weekend!

We had a great weekend with our friends Christie and Scottie and there adorable little girl Gabby! I've been wanting to go to the zoo for forever now, and so that is just what we did. It was a blast and the kids loved it! We were all pooped by the end.

Jace is really liking monkeys right now, so I knew he would love them, and he did. Every time we saw one he shouted monkey and was so excited! There are a lot of monkeys at the Zoo.

How does he measure up?

I think gorillas are such cool animals, so much like humans!

I love girrafes, they are so pretty!

They were so close that we could have touched them, but we didn't.

We were a little dissapointed because they don't have as many cool animals as they use to at the Zoo, but it was still fun, and definately well worth the trip!

After we had our Zoo adventure, we went to Zupas and had a delicious dinner, I love that place! Then, we headed to Chrisite and Scotties house to do our annual pumpkin carving! This is something we do with them every year, and we always have so much fun! I think our pumpkins turned out pretty awesome too!

Campin!

Over Labor day weekend we went camping with my family up to my parents property. We always have a blast when we go up there and enjoy getting away for a bit. Before we started the camping trip, we made a stop at Swiss Days friday night just the girls(and Jace):). We all got some fun stuff and enjoyed eating the yummy scones and shopped till we dropped.

Then we headed to the property and met up with the rest of the crew.

My parents bought a trapoline for there property. We had a blast on it. We had a tramp growing up, so it brought back a lot of memories. I'm definately not able to do all the tricks I use to, but it was still way fun!

Playing in the tent. It gets so bright in the mornings in a tent, so Jace was up at 6 a.m. every morning, so we had to chill in there till everyone else woke up.

We went to the lake one day and played in the water, and let the dogs get some of there energy out.
