Time For a New One!!

Yes we are alive. We've been pretty busy with lifes craziness lately, but we've managed to squeze a few fun things in.

Every year my mom and sister and I get together and can tomatoe juice. We devoted 5 hours to this and got 120 jars out of it... not too bad! I made 24 jars wich is plenty for a family of 2:)

We had a girls weekend up Ogden canyon at Gabes parents time share. We played a lot of games, watched movies and did a little shopping! It was a fun weekend get a way with just the girls!

We had a blast! We were missing Ashley though my sister- in-law, she is due to have her baby next month and wasn't feeling well enough to come up, I don't blame her! You were missed Ash!!

We also went shooting with Gabes family a few weekends ago. Don is a gun finatic and loves for all of us to came and test them out with him. We had a great time!

Birthday and more of Summer!

It was Gabes birthday a few days ago. He turned the big 26! We had a birthday party with my family on his actual birthday and then the next day we had a combined party with his brother Chris. They both have the same birthdays, but Chris is three years younger.

We also celebrated our THREE year anniversary on monday. I absolutely love being married to Gabe. He really does treat me so well and Is such a hard worker. I'm looking forward to spending eternity with him!

We also went up to Idaho for a family reunion with Gabes side of the family. We had a lot of fun roasting marshmallows, shooting guns, and just hangin out!

We try to spend as much time as we can outside because we love summer so much and don't want to miss a minute of it! I can't believe it's already August. Summer has flown by:( Here are some pics of what we've been up to!

We hung out with our Friends Christie and Scottie last weekend. We always have so much fun when we are with them. We went to Christies parents house and made tinfoil dinners, roasted marshmallows, made some really yummy smoothies, and then we watched a movie in there theatre room.

We went swimming at my pool a couple of weeks ago with my fam.

We went and saw some really good fire works a few weeks ago at steele days. I love fire works and just laying on a blanket while they go off right above your head!

Of course we've been fishing a lot too! We went with Josh, Nicole and Bentley to Salem ponds.

Fun in the SUN!!

We've had a fun summer so far, and are happy it's finally warm. Sorry soo long:)

First off we went to the annual strawberry days rodeo a couple weeks ago with some family. It's a tradition for gabe and I to go, since this was where we had our first date, and then a year later we got engaged the night of the rodeo, so we love to go every year!

I also had a girls night and we played till 3 in the morning while the boys had a guys night. I love girls nights!

We went to dinner with Brandon Lindsay, Austin, and Andrea one night. We are sad though because Brandon and Lindsay had to move to Las Vegas since Linz is going to PA school. We will miss them but are glad that it is only a year and a half program, and then they will be back!

We also celebrated Gabes dad Don's 49th b-day! Here is a pic of all the boys.

We also celebrated my 22nd B-day. I'm lucky enough to have fire works on every b-day since it falls on the 4th of July! I love it. Every year my mom makes me some sort of patriotic cake, and this year it was a berry flag cake. Cute huh! I had a great B-day and got lots of clothes, shoes, wallet, and a new CAMERA! I needed one desperately and I love it. Thanks to every one for making my B-day special.

We spent the holiday weekend in Idaho for a family reunion at Dawnata hot springs with my family. My mom and her two other sisters all rented these cute little cabins that we stayed in for a couple of nights. It was a lot of fun! This was us all crammed in the car on our way to Idaho.

We rode down the river at Lava hot springs. It is a very rapidy river and was a lot of fun, except for the fact that Gabe and I flipped off the tube three different times and got pretty beat up by the rocks that were smacking us while we were trying to get back on the tube. Every one was laughing at us because we looked like such idiots trying to get back on the tube. We had fun though!

I left ellie home and took her to a Doggie day care where she played with other dogs. The dogs she was next to were a Great dane, and a Mastif, both very big dogs they were in sepperate Kennels though, but apperantly she did really well and had fun. It was nice to not have to bring her, but I did miss her and she was glad to see me!

Then on Sunday we went to Gabes parents house and had dinner and they sang happy birthday to me. All in all we're having a great summer and can't wait for more fun in the sun!

What we've been up to!

So we've been pretty busy between work, church callings, and play. I'll let the pictures do the talking.

Nicole and I ran a 5K a couple of weeks ago in Eagle Mountain. It was my first race and a lot of fun. Thanks Nicole for doing it with me:)

We watched the movie Up in 3D I thought it was a really cute movie!

We celebrated my Dads 43rd birthday! I sure Love my dad. He blew out all 43 candles in one puff!

We had to say good bye to our friends and next door neighbors Nate and Jamie! We have become really good friends with them and are soo sad they had to move. They will be missed!

We went fishing up at Salem ponds over the weekend with Gabes brother Kris. It was rainy at first but then it cleared up and was actually really nice weather. We cought our limit and had a lot of fun!

Gabe helped his parents build a swing set for the grandkids while i supervised. They had to stop and only got this far since it was raining, so I guess they'll have to finish it another day.

And last but not least, we had to give talks a couple of weeks ago in sacrament meeting. I felt like it went well and it wasn't that bad, but man I hate getting up in front of that many people and doing that. I'm glad that it's over and we probably won't have to give another talk for a while, hopefully!
